Due to the nature of the products and services offered by Envié Bath and Body, we are unable to accept returns.  We are dedicated to offering quality products and customer services.  If ever there is a discrepancy, we will do all we can to assure your satisfaction.

Custom Fragrance Experience Policy

We require a 50% deposit ($125) before we begin the formulation process.  We usually accept this payment at or before the initial consultation.  We require 50% of the remaining balance ($62.50) when you pick up the fragrance for your trial week.  We will make adjustments to the fragrance following the trial week at your request.  The remaining balance ($62.50) is due when you pick up your final fragrance.

Our ultimate goal is to deliver the perfect scent for you.  We cannot offer refunds for this service due to the cost of fragrance formulation including high quality ingredients and weeks of labor.  If you are not satisfied with your final fragrance, we will waive the final $62.50.  As with any product or service we offer, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
